BreaSAFE® CLASSIC FFP3 NR respirator has been developed as a protection against microorganisms. If the respirator is used for this reason, it can be safely worn for several days (approx. 1 to 2 weeks, according to the environment, activity and proper care) which makes it a completely unique product on the market in terms of quality-efficiency-price ratio.
Testing did not include the test of dust contamination (DRB 4/15 dolomite dust). Therefore, the respirator can be used as a Personal protective aid (e.g. for industrial usage) for a time equivalent to one work shift (NR marking). The respirator cannot be cleaned from dust contamination.
Testing performed by renowned institutions such as Nelson Laboratories USA (one of a few laboratories worldwide measuring viral and bacterial filtrating efficiency - VFE, BFE) proved exceptionally high capture rate of particles (≥ 99 %)
in the used membrane and therefore also high efficiency in fighting microorganisms (e.g. SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID-19 disease).

CLASSIC FFP3 NR RESPIRATORS
BreaSAFE® CLASSIC FFP3 NR respirators are made from nanofibrous membrane whose ultralight construction enables comfortable wearing even for a longer time. BreaSAFE® CLASSIC FFP3 NR respirators do not have a breathing valve and reliably protect both the user and their surroundings against infection. Carefully chosen components enable the respirator to be disinfected which extends its lifespan and the respirator can be safely used for several days.
